Forellenranch & Angelteich am Pillersee

I'm back on my last visit to the "forrellen ranch" where I said I didn't understand what had happened in the kitchen. We were served a cold plate that had to be made the day before, and probably stayed in a fridge, considering the cheese was hard, and the charchuterie without taste. My almond trout was dry, almonds not grilled and all without taste, but dip in fat! We were regularly in this restaurant during our previous holidays, but that was no longer what we expected. And yet, we were looking forward to going back. The boss and waitress are always so nice, but it's not enough.

After the first day of the kitzwochenendes (superg) we were looking for a good restaurant. We immediately fell the trout smell into the eye and finally decided for them how turned out to be the best solution. super service, very friendly and helpful. eating is super, large portions, very good value for money, super location. it was a perfect one and we will surely return to the next abstencher in the pillerseetal. greetings from South Tyrol :)

we have been looking for a locality for lunch and have stayed at the forellenranch!!!The food (also suitable for vegetarian) was very guat, our desires are without if and but received and the price performance was perfect! the service very friendly! for children there are also various dishes! So there is not only trout!!!Man sitting right at the trout pond!So we come back and recommend the trout!

we were in the ranch twice this year. at the first time we ordered forelle in different variations. every teller was good. the second time we ordered the rippchen. they are prepared in the smoker and tasted sensational. rich dessert selection completes the gaumenschmaus. the service is attentive and fast. We (two adults and two children) have been to three different restaurants in these parts: this is our favorite. As the restaurant's name indicates you should try the trouts, but meat is also a good choice. Special meals for children. We had a nice evening...and recommend the restaurant.

four young people from meran (südtirol) just wanted to eat well, they were not disappointed, because not only was eating like a 5 star restaurant but also the owners warn very friendly and helpful.

As we were staying nearby we decided to check this out and were not disappointed. Good food, good service and friendly English speaking staff. So good we came back twice more within the week.

it was once good but in the guest house you stay with the quality or you fall back enormously, unfortunately I don't drive there anymore

we are coming back every next year! super service and friendly ambiente! Price ratio is also great and the owners are very helpful!!
