I visited this place for a friend's birthday party and it was a fantastic experience. There were dogs all around, which made it even more enjoyable for our dog—and for us too! I tried the double hazy IPA and Proper Pint; I liked the double hazy IPA a bit more, but both were excellent. The atmosphere was really nice, and there was plenty of space to enjoy both indoor and outdoor seating. We also grabbed a bite from the Brick Oven Bus, which was amazing—I can't recommend it enough! Although we don't live in this part of the city, we'll definitely be coming back. Plus, I got to see a Great Dane, which definitely earns this place a five-star rating from me!
I actually didn't have the food from the food truck, but I had to give an evaluation for the food to come to this site. When I first went to Forgotten Star, I was in her childhood. The more I went there, the more I started to like their IPA (my beer of choice). The terrace is quite spacious, and the music, played at low volumes, is very adult. Perfect for my taste. I feel very comfortable when I'm here. Dogs are welcome on the terrace. Just a nice place to hang around with a friend and enjoy a beer.
Favorite brewery in MN. Don't get prickly over that statement. There are a lot of great breweries in MN.FSBC is just so cool. Dog friendly. Excellent, friendly service. Great seating indoors and out. Large outdoor space for live music and food trucks.Beer I've tried has all been excellent. And to top it off, the history of the building is super fascinating.Highly recommend you make this place a regular stop if you're out looking for a cold brew.
The parking lot is quite small, so you might have to find additional parking on the road leading to the restaurant (there are plenty of nearby options). The bathroom is clean and welcoming. The beer is great, the service is outstanding, and the prices are reasonable. There is an event area in the back; both times I visited, there were weddings happening.

It was so amazing to get back to the place we love. Beer is amazing. Staff is always friendly
