Our group was greeted by the leadership before our visit, but the accommodations for us were bad. Since this was one of the busiest nights of the season, with exhausted hungry parade participants waiting for an hour to be served, the restaurant was unorganized. I understand that all restaurants have a tough time, wait staff. Our server took 20 minutes to get us a glass of water! The donor was right behind us. If I had only one glass. This server was repeatedly seen running past our table with a fork or a piece of paper when it could supply cold food in the kitchen window. My simple order for damped shells was replaced within 40 minutes after my order by Brussels sprinsing (probably because it was so loud in the room), although I specifically requested the less spicy version of shells as this was a menu option (and not relevant for Brussels sprinsing). My husband got his ribs with the wrong side. I got my shells 30 minutes later. There were at least 2 dozen in a bowl of very salty broth. The prices were fair and the food was tasty, but I would like to eat here in the future at busy nights.
What a fun atmosphere! Everything was clean. Staff was friendly. Our server Kathleen was excellent. And the food was incredible. Best chicken sandwich I?ve had at a local joint the balsamic chicken was amazing made me wanna try more from the menu. Only constructive feedback is the live music was a bit loud for my taste as we weren?t there to see the band, but to be fair that is a common thing and we were in the bar area and I am old?
