Llegar es fácil usando Google Maps o Waze, de lo contrario te perderás. El restaurante no está abierto para todo el mundo, hay que llamar con antelación para hacer la reserva. El frente del restaurante es como una casa normal de la zona, debes... llamar al propietario o tocar el timbre para que te abran la puerta. Hay un aparcamiento sólo para 6 o 7 coches. El lugar es bonito, cálido y acogedor. El anfitrión es realmente bueno (te están cuidando todo el tiempo. Los aperitivos, bebidas y comidas son realmente buenos. Es un poco caro (para 4 personas, gastamos casi 130 usd. Para el que dirá que es barato, en Colombia en un lugar decente y conocido gastaras entre 20 y 40 usd por persona incluye...

Getting there is easy using google maps or Waze, otherwise you will get lost. The restaurant is not open for anyone, you must call in advance to make a reservation. The front of the restaurant is like an normal house of the area, you must call the owner or ring the bell to have the door open for you. There is a parking lot for 6 or 7 cars only. The place is nice, warm and cozy. The host is really good (they are taking care of you all the time). The appetizers, drinks and meals are really good. Is kind of expensive (for 4 people, we spent nearly 130 usd. Had a great lunch today with my wife and 16 yr old son. The owners are the ines that serve you and they take the time to explain ingredients and preparation of the dishes. My wife had a great stake- cook to perfection and my son and I had Grilled wild Salmon.....also great. The rations are double the size of any other restaurant so follow the recommendation of no apetizer or one for sharing. The wine list is GREAT.... They have fantastic french wines at a reasonable price. If you want to enjoy an incredible steak, you must visit Fornalla Gourmet.The owners are beyond friendly and polite, they teach about the ingredients they use to cook, how to recognize a nice product and even how to properly mix food. Skip all the fancy restaurants and bars in the zone and go directly to Fornalla, you wont regret that!And also, the desserts are awesome!

Fue una experiencia hermosa. No habíamos hecho una reserva, pero el chef propietario nos ofreció el servicio (pero ten cuidado. es necesario reservar.) Todo fue increíble, el jardín, la comida y el servicio. Es, sin duda, el mejor restaurante en Chía.

A most wonderfull dinner of octopus, duck, salmon, and 60 day aged beef. The service by the chef was oustanding, and we felt like having the most delightful dinner at an old friend's house. I will come back here every time I'm back in Bogotá Reserva una mesa ahora

Una cena maravillosa de pulpo, pato, salmón y carne envejecida por 60 días. El servicio por parte del chef fue excepcional, y nos sentimos como si estuviéramos cenando en casa de un viejo amigo. Volveré aquí cada vez que regrese a Bogotá.

It was a nice experience. We didn’t make a reservation but the owner Chef offered the service (But be careful. It’s necessary to reserve). All the place was amazing, garden, food, and service. It’s by far the best restaurant in chía.
