Six stars is needed for this place. We took our volleyball team there for dinner and it was just the best. The staff was friendly and kind, taking care of us with speed and ease. We couldn’t believe how quickly the food came out. It felt like it came out before we were done ordering! The food was sooooooo good. Everyone was stuffed and happy with whatever they ordered. However, the star of the show for me was the chili olive oil which I soaked anything I could in it! If you learn about olive oil, you know that fresh olive oil is near impossible to find in the states and it rarely tastes like olives at all. Wow! What an amazing experience. I was with friends who are big foods. We had heard about this restaurant but had no chance to visit. If you are in downtown Phoenix for dinner, and you want authentic Italian, Forno 301 will not make you wrong. We started with the arugula, pear, pecorino cheese, with lemon pecorino evoo dressing. And the focaccia de Recco . To quote my friend, it is a small piece of heaven. Two slices of Focaccia, and in between was Mozzarella and Prosciutto, fired to perfection. We then moved to Lasagne. The other reviews of this place, as well as the menu, really helped us to select coming here for lunch. We ordered a little bit of everything, from the prosciutto bruschetta to the pear salad and finally the meat pizza, and every single item was exquisite. My partner and I kept saying throughout our dining experience how excellent the flavor of everything was. The sauce on the pizza was divine, making it one of the best wood fired pizzas I have ever had! The design is a little dark, but it felt cozy and inviting. I highly recommend this place!

I love it! The food, the staff, the vibe Authentic Italian, the staff is Italian. The bartender taught us Italian Lol. I had the Forno 301 pizza and my hub by the wood fired meatballs. Both so delicious with taste. The sauce was amazing. The taste of the tomato! We've met some new peeps so we'll be back on Friday night. Look at it, it won't disappoint. Good food, friendly service. Lively atmosphere. Our Forno pizza was very good, enough to share. The salad was huge and delicious. The pasta was a generous portion and quite tasty. The pesto gnocchi was great and the pasta carbonara was loaded with bacon and onions. The deserts were delicious.

Love this spot. The food is amazing. Some of the best pizza in the valley. The bartender Roberto is who really keeps me coming back. He has great energy, seems to know everyone who comes in, is very welcoming and a lot of fun to chat with.

My first time. Love the bar outdoors. Cool Italian server. Big house wine. Ravioli was a little too salty for me. The pizzas are good. That's what I get next time!
