Very bad customer service receptionist was rude had to ring to ask where food was,then was told another 20 minutes which made it nearly 2 hours,please use another Chinese as food was terrible,please stay away from fortune house!!!!!!worst Chinese in chelmsford.

"Went for a pint after voting in the European Elections nearby. Dogs are allowed in the Polling Station but not in the beer garden of O'Connors according to the very grumpy barmaid. Pathetic!"

"We visited during the week a large group of local ladies. Staff were patient and super friendly. Food all can out at the same time and in my view good value for money. Nice atmosphere in side. Def check it out."
