Artillery Arms - Reserva de mesa

Can in for lunch, only 3 tables in total in. Panini not cooked, cheese not melted and my cheese and onion panini had tuna all over it, when mentioned to staff nothing was said at all not even an apology, at least I’m not allergic to fish. Won’t be coming back very disappointing for the cost. Update I was not offered a replacement at all I also didn’t receive an apology, do not like being called a liar. Sometimes it’s better to accept your in the wrong very disappointing reply and accepting that it’s ok for someone to scrap something off of their food as ok it is not. Will not be returning.
