Four Stacks Brewing Company

Although we have lived in Apollo Beach for over a year we just made our first trip here a few weeks ago. I went with my husband and a friend. We all tried the flights choosing the ones most interesting to us. They were all really great. They had a food truck which made it nice in that we chose to also eat there it was good. They have food trucks when advertised it has a good neighborhood feel and great beer. They also serve wine! Try it out definitely worth it.

I gotta say, this place having PBR on tap had me laughing. I think this is the first brewery that I saw that in. Small place right front of a large community has it made on location as it is in the middle of no where so no real competition! I know Ben would be in heaven with a brewery within walking distance but his wallet may not like it. Our first visit there we had Hopticon, Brew Berrymore, Chocolate Coffee Porter [Nitro] and Lou Dog.

Cute hidden gem of a brewery, you'd miss it if you weren't looking for it! Bar had about 15 drinks on tap, and the bartender, Meg, was wonderful! She let me sample plenty until I found just what I liked. She curated flights based on my preferences and was super attentive. We will definitely be back soon!

Great location for Harbor Isle and Mira Bay residents! We love walking to Four Stacks for a few beers and to try the rotating food trucks. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The chocolate coffee porter, strawberry wheat, and blonde are all good go to beers. They even make a good sangria. Reserva una mesa ahora

I went to order some beers to go to try and support but I was honestly super disappointed to see NONE of the employees were wearing masks. The employee that took my order stood a foot away from me to take my order (I was wearing a mask . I spent $40 so I do feel as though I supported :

I highly recommend this fantastic local brewery with excellent beer and friendly staff! The cozy atmosphere is complete with numerous TVs and a regular food truck. I love that it's a small business that values local support, and they even welcome dogs. It's always a great time here!

Stopped in on a midday Saturday. We were pleased. Good selection of beer. Some of their own and some guest taps. We liked everything we tried. Octopus Prime and Pinfish were my favorites

Great place with awesome bartenders... just loved the Pinfish... even balance and perfectly hopped.
