A very friendly and welcoming pub. The staff were wonderful! The atmosphere felt cozy and beautifully lit. We chose to dine in the pub area rather than the dining room for a more relaxed vibe. We ordered the traditional Sunday roast, and it was delicious! They even brought over a generous serving of gravy without us even asking. It was superb, and we will definitely be back!

Fantastic food and really nice staff. Taking Covid measures seriously but not in an intimidating way. Lots of outside seating both out the front and rear meaning that staying in the sun is possible. Multiple lunch menus available and very reasonably priced. Food came in a reasonable time frame and was cooked very well. Will definitely be making a return trip.

We decided to stop by spontaneously on New Year's Day for a drink before taking the dog for a walk. We found a table available in the bar area, which was just right for us. The staff were attentive, the place was clean, and the atmosphere was welcoming. We will definitely have to come back for a meal soon!

Went for lunch and was pleasantly surprised. The Staff were very friendly welcoming. Steve in the restaurant was attentive and gave excellent service. The food was very good, came quickly and we really enjoyed it. We weren’t rushed at all. Would definitely go again

I received a birthday gift to visit this lovely pub/restaurant. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The food is delicious, especially the mushroom cake and the Jäger chicken. I would highly recommend it. I also enjoyed some fantastic cocktails!

We went for Sunday lunch, the staff were brilliant and the food delicious. I had the vegetarian wellington, highly recommend it and my husband enjoyed the roast turkey. Big portions and great value. Can't wait to return.
