Menu was limited, but we expected that and didn't mind. We ordered Singapore Noodles, Lasagne and Classic Burger. The young Man serving us couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. He was a Star. We waited 43! Minutes for the Food to arrive and then 2 of the Dishes were awful. The Lasagne wasn't hot and the Pasta sheet at the bottom was dry. The Salad was wilted. The Beefburger was overcooked, even black and hard. The Singapore Noodles tasted lovely, but for a Main Course there was very little. It is a lovely Pub, but really! needs to do better!

We went afternoon about 1.30 Staff brilliant couldn't be more helpful. Lovely restaurant part. We thought it was going to be mega expensive. Very fair prices. Excellent. Food came out promptly We both had southern fried chicken and salad. Very nicely cooked and well presented Waitress attentive. But not pushy. It was quiet. But late tuesday afternoon expected. I would highly recommend. We shall definitely go again.

Really disappointed today, we visited for lunch to be told food was off today. We have visited previously with out two dogs and the atmosphere of the pub was really relaxed and comfortable. Food was lovely. Such a shame today as we drove from Walsall to eat here. Maybe update the website when food isn't available might be helpful.

The very best pint of Guinness I have ever had in England. The place is ok and the service was good, cannot comment regarding the food as I only came in for a drink. The Guinness was simply superb. Poured properly and tasted so creamy and fantastic. Will be back to have that pint again Reserva una mesa ahora

Came here for a pint mid bike ride and, just for that, I can’t fault it. Friendly staff, good old fashioned pub feel, beer garden, decent pint. What more could you want? It does seem more of a local pub for local people but that adds to the charm.

Had dinner for two on Father’s Day and I have to say how impressed I was with the food and quality was absolutely delicious and we will definitely be going again.

Great stop off spot for lunch with family whilst on our way to Oulton. Service with a smile and did not have to wait long for the food to be served.

Went to the Christmas Fayre and popped in for a coffee. Lovely village pub, really good atmosphere in there

Nice little pub but ruined by barking dogs. Pub was full of incompetent owners unable to control their dogs
