Fox's Pizza Den

I used to dine in or take out from this Fox's Pizza here about once a month to support local business. But after a few times, I stopped going here. The good... When the owner is there, Fox's Pizza is definitely a pleasure. Smiles to greet you, easy to order, with no pressure, and you can know that your at a good place to eat. The food is quickly out and is at the Fox's standard for subs I have grown to love. Service is high, with happy employees in great attitudes. The atmosphere is while a bit on the older side, is awesome, and the entire restaurant is very very clean. Eating is a pleasurable experience and my family enjoyed every part of our meal. The bad... If there, the elderly lady manager makes the atmosphere feel almost caustic. With her there as an employee, the atmosphere feels caustic. Here is why #1 The food is subpar. You never know what you are going to get when it comes to your order. It's either burnt, made wrong, sloppy, or inedible. #2 No one seems happy. Not the employees or the customers. #3 So many issues around you eating in or picking up. Everyone seems to be in a rush and no one seems to see you or care if your standing at the counter. #4 If they get your simple order wrong you will have to show them the order first before they even start your order which will be at the back of the line, not the front if you have taken it home. If you stay in your car, or stand outside and wait (below zero or a hot summer night) expect to wait no less than 15 20 minutes to remake your food. That is a minimum for a simple cold sub. For pizza expect twice that amount of time if not more. Here is the magical way to fix it all No matter what, smile and shrug off everything. If you do order from here open your food in front of them, and make sure it is correct. You might have to wait 15 20 minutes extra, but on a busy night, you will not eat and can wait for up to 1.5 hours if something is wrong if you take it home. 45 minutes to wait for the initial order, 10 minutes to drive home, call, then go back down, a couple minutes for the elderly female manager to berate you. Then another 30 45 minutes to wait for your order to be made and hand delivered. This is mainly the reason why I stopped going here is because it personally happened to me a few times from delivery, pickup, etc. I won't even go into the horrible end result of it all. If you are dining in (which is very rare for anyone to), it seems as though you are waiting forever while employees are yelling and seeming very unhappy. Ignore it, eat your meal, and smile in the end. I rarely write a very bad review for any business in any medium, unless it's to warn others so they do not experience a very bad place to go. If you eat here, make sure they are not busy (ask on the phone before ordering) and if they are make sure that the elderly female manager is not working.

Pizza wasn't even put in the oven when we went to pick it up 25 minutes like they said,then they said 10 mins,was like 20 mins,pizza was half cooked..one side the cheese wasn't completely melted..Should have got the Pizza for Free or a discount,but that was not offered.The girl was going to charge us twice and we already paid over the phone.We won't be back after this happened,LOST MY BUSINESS.

Ordered a chef salad with my pizza and it had more olives than lettuce, and I hate olives! I’ve never heard of a chef salad having olives. Additionally, I accidentally ordered the pizza from the wrong location bc of an issue with my google maps and they refused to cancel the order. Had to drive 30 mins out of my way for cold pizza and a disgusting salad, not to mention crappy customer service!

The food is good but the deliver service isnt great at all. The past 2 times I have ordered from here it has taken atleast an hour or more for me to get my food delivered.

Pretty rude and lazy staff. Given how many fox's are around I'd eat at any one of those instead. Very high and mighty attitudes over there for no reason at all.
