On the same day we had booked the hotel spontaneously. The reason was the French restaurant. When we arrived, we learned that it was closed at the time. We found this very bad and unfortunately it was not immediately visible on the site. We have room 5 on the 1st floor. It was okay with a newer bathroom. However, the visible damage to the laminate floor was probably visible and not beautiful. I would dispose of the flew towels and replace them and the mattresses were too soft. On the other hand, breakfast was very good, egg dishes freshly prepared and a lot of choice at the buffet. Coffee, cheese and sausage were available at the table with friendly service. Ein sehr tradionsträchtiges Hausmitten in der schönen Altstadt. Das Zimmer war schön renoviert und wir durften auf Anfrage, die sofort beantwortet wurde, unser Gepäck vorzeitig abgeben während einer Kajaktour. Ganz tolles Frühstück mit frischen Beeren und allem, was man sich wünscht. Leider war das Restaurant geschlossen wegen Personalmangel, sehr schade.

We were kind and cordially received. The wheels could be accommodated in a locked room. Dinner was very good and there was a great breakfast offer. Very attentive and friendly service. Good home cooking and friendly staff. Prices absolutely okay. Flair in the guest room would have needed some spring cleaning. Otherwise we found it very nice there. But we only ate and cannot evaluate the hotel. The 4 stars are for food. Reserva una mesa ahora

Very nice room, very warm welcome. Parking space for bicycles. Restaurant very delicious.The only thing that wasn't so great is that you had to pay the coffee for breakfast extra, although breakfast was included in the price.

Pleasant, historical hotel in the centre of Gemünden. Modern rooms. Friendly hosts and great breakfast. A little loud through the near railway line. Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast

Sehr ansprechendes Hotel. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet. Antikes trifft Moderne. Die Gastleute sind sehr nett und das Frühstück war perfekt. Jederzeit wieder.
