Fragon'Art Culinaire

We went to lunch with colleagues and everyone seemed excited to want to go back to make the place discover to other friends. I haven't been as packed as much as that, but we must admit that the dishes are original and fresh with seasonal vegetables. The baba house is a killing according to my colleague. I took a salmon tempura (picture) but I appreciate very moderate frying. The smoothi to sins was good. They also serve fresh coconuts with a straw to drink milk, then you break it to eat the inside, as under the tropics.

we (my wife and I) went for a lunch at noon on 16/06/2017. Ns have ordered 2 formulas of the day (plat of the day, dessert of the day and drink at 2x15€) which turned into 2 suggestions of day, dessert of the day and drink at 2 28.30€!! The quality of the dish is horrific (non-rinsed salt, bad-propore meat...)The waitress is unpleasant. We were taken as tourists, passing through the corner, to grug while I go to eat with my work colleges 2/3 times a month.

the welcome is warm, with the smile, the kindness and professionalism of the staff .gladys and françois lead their restaurant by hand and the kitchen is autop with correct prices in regard to the quality of fresh products and dishes elaborated on site. What more? return it very quickly and as often as possible.Thank you for the good time spent at your table.

the frame is banal, very canteen... prices are studied and correct given the quality of the dishes and here is the main: fresh and excelled products and genuine desserts really well thought and made. all with an attentive and irreproachable service I went there six times and now I'm going back to it!

It's been several years since I discovered Fragon'art Culinaire and I never took the time to give my opinion What a pleasure to have a meal at Gladys and François. Selected seasonal products with attention, focusing on the local. And a service always impeccable. Anyway, a treat!

Former restaurant well known to Sophia Antipolis employees in a new location with more space and a beautiful terrace. Always a pleasure to taste the chef's very good dishes. Very good value for money and family welcome.

Good place. Most of the times you should reserve because is always full. The ingredients are fresh and the staff is really nice. The menu is original and different every day .Good price and quality.
