We opted for the limited menu package, which allowed us to select items in advance for our guests. The selections were printed on a customized menu, adding a nice personal touch to the event. Each entrée was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. The atmosphere in the private room, as well as throughout the restaurant, was elegant and inviting. The waitstaff provided excellent service, being attentive and polite throughout the evening. Kenny and Becky, in particular, took great care of our guests. Dining at this restaurant is always enjoyable; however, I experienced some frustration with our server during my recent visit. I ordered a glass of house pinot noir to accompany my dinner, but when it arrived, I was charged $21.00 for the glass. Typically, when patrons order a glass of "house wine," they expect a more reasonably priced option. This felt rather misleading and was a disappointing way to end what had otherwise been a lovely evening. I hope Francesca’s considers retraining their staff on the importance of customer service and the long-term benefits of retaining customers.
