The food was very good. The only critique I have on the food is that the appetizers and 4 out of the 5 entrees that we got needed salt. Which was surprising, because the rolls that they gave out in the bread basket were seasoned perfectly well. Thestaff, however ... the staff that we came into contact with was less than friendly, to put it mildly. The waitress literallythrew my straw on the table after I told her that my drink was wrong. Anytime that we asked for something (appetizer plates,napkins, ketchup, etc) the request was met with rolled eyes and incredulity each time. This is by far my favorite Italian restaurant and I come here at least once every time I visit the island. The service is amazing, the drinks are amazing and the food is delicious. The menu is huge; so many amazing dishes to choose from! I have foodallergies and they are always very cautious and good with them. I got the chicken marsala and had fettuccine with Alfredo sauce.Out of this world. The chicken was tender and not overcooked, the sauce was the best. Everything was delicious. It was myUncle's 92nd Birthday and he nearly cleaned his plate! They brought him a cannoli and sang Happy Birthday.

Francisco's is a quaint yet trendy Italian Bistro with an extensive menu. The prices are a bit high, but the portions are massive. The staff is friendly, and the service is excellent. We went there to celebrate my uncles birthday. The calamari is todie for, the stuffed clams are among the best. I highly recommend the carbonara. I switched the pasta from spaghetti torigatoni, and added grilled chicken, and it was fantastic. House made Tiramisu, and you can tell it's made with love.

prefer to lose customers for not speaking Spanish yesterday I went to buy and if there was someone who spoke Spanish and they preferred to say that they did not speak it when we were several people that would be the only thing they can also offerattention yes the language is spoken but the food is very tasty in my opinion and I have heard them say that it is very good butthey do not serve them for a language I think they lose a little by denying this service

10 of us were there for dinner on a Sunday night. Everything was delicious ????. Our waitress was attentive helpful. The staff had a great sense of humor. We can't wait to go back. Absolutely worth every cent!
