Francisco's Taco Madness

Met Francisco about 7 years or so ago when he just had the Hot Dog cart outside Lowe's. Best Hot Dogs I've ever had then, butterfly'd, grilled onions and spicy mustard. My wife and I routinely came back until we moved out of the area. We were in the area today and to see what he has done and accomplished made both my wife and myself so happy, it was inspiring and capped off a great day. On top of it all Francisco remembered the both of us and it has been at least 5 or so years. They don't make places like this anymore, and it's just as rare to find people like Francisco. You would see and think that this was just a typical outside the house improvement business hot dog stand. And you'd be wrong. Right. The tacos are amazing in a word. And authentic. And delicious. And, okay, that's more than a word. While he asks them in the “American” way (letters, tomatoes, cheese, sour cream) if you want to make sure they are in traditional style. Wow the grilled steak, and chicken are good, it is the unique filling where Francisco really seems. The Pernil, the Chorizo and the al Pastor are epic. Simply with some chopped onion, some Zilantro, and an amazing hot sauce, these are the best. Tacos. Always.

When someone who has lived in L.A. for many years, this is the closest to L.A. traditionally authentic in Orlando that I tried. Francisco and his employees work hard and are so friendly and make high-quality food. I don't eat any other truck food and that's the exception I make because that deserves my money. Thanks Francisco et all!

By far the best tacos I had in Florida. I'm from California and it's hard to find good Mexican food, but I finally found my place!!! Thanks for serving me the best tacos in Orlando! Hands down

Amazing!!!! The al pastor was my Fave! Will be back. Go here, eat the tacos, you will be a happier person!!
