Francisco's Taco Madness

I met Francisco about seven years ago when he was operating a hot dog cart outside Lowe's. Those were the best hot dogs I’ve ever had—perfectly butterfly-cut, topped with grilled onions and spicy mustard. My wife and I frequently returned until we moved away. Today, we found ourselves back in the area and were thrilled to see what he has achieved since then. It was truly inspiring and the perfect way to end a wonderful day. To top it all off, Francisco remembered us despite it having been about five years! You just don’t find places like this anymore, nor do you come across people as genuine as Francisco. We wish him all the best and are so grateful for the meal today!

You would see and think that this was just a typical outside the house improvement business hot dog stand. And you'd be wrong. Right. The tacos are amazing in a word. And authentic. And delicious. And, okay, that's more than a word. While he asks them in the “American” way (letters, tomatoes, cheese, sour cream) if you want to make sure they are in traditional style. Wow the grilled steak, and chicken are good, it is the unique filling where Francisco really seems. The Pernil, the Chorizo and the al Pastor are epic. Simply with some chopped onion, some Zilantro, and an amazing hot sauce, these are the best. Tacos. Always.

My husband is a taco fanatic and has been to many Mexican places in central Florida and he has deemed this family owned food truck the best yet. If you're looking for authentic Mexican tacos this is the place to go. I'm not huge on Mexican food but I make an exception for this place. They are both affordable and delicious! They used to be at Lowe's in fern park but when the pandemic hit they moved and my husband was having withdrawals we've finally been reunited at their new location and will continue to follow them wherever they go! Must try it!!

As someone who has lived in L.A. for many years, I can confidently say that this place comes the closest to traditional L.A. authenticity in Orlando that I've encountered. Francisco and his team put in a lot of effort, and they are incredibly friendly while serving high-quality food. I typically avoid food trucks, but I make an exception for this one because it truly deserves my business. Thank you, Francisco and everyone else! Reserva una mesa ahora

By far the best tacos I had in Florida. I'm from California and it's hard to find good Mexican food, but I finally found my place!!! Thanks for serving me the best tacos in Orlando! Hands down
