They were so friendly and warm, and took so much time and care in making sure I would have a perfect wedding day. Through every step of a stressful experience, Christine held my hand and was an endless source of patience, support and warmth. She helped me select a perfect menu, made sure my gluten-free needs were met and structured a day that flowed seamlessly from start to finish. Many thanks to Chef Franco and staff for ensuring my daughter's baby shower at The James Ward Mansion in Westfield was an event to remember! Delicious food, first class service, flawless execution and total professionalism. The entire team was genuinely invested in making this a beautiful day for our family from day one! Franco is not a caterer he is a chef. Every table received their food freshly prepared (even the salad dressing). He added so many extra hors'doevres to our order again freshly prepared. Christine and Franco were on POINT. We hired them to cater our brunch wedding on October 18, 2018. A few months prior to the event, Chef Franco treated us to a tasting. He took the time to meet with us and go over every single item. From that point, we worked with Christine. She was a wonderful addition to our special day. She was responsible not only for food, but she was responsible for food, staff, furniture ordering, linens cleanup. She helped me every step of the way. The day of the event, the entire team worked efficiently to make it a very memorable event. They are friendly, kind, accommodating of course the food was very special. I recommend them for any event. We could not have had a more perfect experience with the team at Franco Vitella catering. From the moment they arrived (EXACTLY on time to the minute), Eric and Equasia anticipated every need, made sure I didn’t have to lift a finger and could enjoy my event absolutely stress free. The food was absolutely delicious and at least 5 of my guests immediately demanded to know the caterer contact. We will definitely be back for our next event!
