Francois hace pasteles deliciosos. Crestas delgadas, crujientes y rellenos deliciosos: sabroso y dulce. Si viviera más cerca de la Patisserie, probablemente existiría en sus postres flotantes de la isla. Sus tortas de mousse también están muy bien. Por alguna razón, el ambiente no me agarra, así que casi siempre me quito mis compras.

Do yourself a favour and get a strawberry tart. They often sell out well before the end of the day so get in early to avoid being disappointed (like I have been so many times!). Their macarons are divine. They take pride in absolutely everything they create and it has shown over the past five years that I've known about the place.
I was so excited to taste the cake and pastries after looking at the photos and reviews in this website. So I went to the shop about 1 month ago and found that there was very limited selection. El lugar perfecto para un bonito pastel. Vine aquí primero en 2007, después de ir a Cafe Cafe (Subiaco) cuando disfruté de un pastel de ópera de chocolate desde allí (de Francois) ???? La base es tan crujiente, mientras que el relleno es tan ligero y esponjoso. Perfecto para los amantes del chocolate (como yo ????)
Francois makes delicious pastries. Thin, crunchy crusts and delectable fillings - savoury and sweet. If I lived closer to the patisserie I'd probably exist on his floating island desserts. His mousse cakes are also very fine. For some reason the ambience doesn't grab me so I nearly always take away my purchases.

"We walked in they gave us menus....tried to get service....the waitress walked past us in a rush (it wasnt busy) she said 'hi' so we walked out. I can understand if it was busy but it wasnt."
