Terrible experience, was seated and we ordered 2 pints budwieser only to be told there 's no draught beer only bottles £5.10 a bottle £10.20 a pint basically) so we had 1 bottle each after waiting 15 minutes to get said bottle. For my daughter’s birthday she chose to have breakfast with family and friends at Frankie and Benny’s and we were really well looked after. There is free parking here and it is adjacent to the restaurant which is on the perimeter of Crown Point North shopping centre. We received a warm welcome and a table for ten was waiting for us. Everywhere was clean and tidy and the atmosphere was good. Ellis was our waiter and he was courteous, polite and friendly for the duration of our visit. I felt that they could have benefitted from more resources at times, as the restaurant got busy at one point and Ellis and his manager seemed under pressure. We have always received excellent service at this restaurant, but unfortunately, our experience today was disappointing. After waiting for 45 minutes at our table without anyone taking our drinks or food order, we decided to leave. It appeared that the restaurant was understaffed, as we only saw two staff members working. Despite this, I do not blame the staff as our previous experiences with the service here have been great. It was a wasted 45 minutes, but we hope to have a better experience next time.

The Food was nice, the staff was extraordinary. But the Manager was completely off. Keeps following the staff around makes them visibly uncomfortable. He was dressed completely inappropriate. His belly was looking out of his shirt. Not exactly what I want to see at a restaurant. Not really interested in returning at this place anymore which is a shame as the staff is amazing and lovely Reserva una mesa ahora

We visited at lunch time on an occasion where the staff probably outnumbered the customers. Despite this, service was so phenomenally slow that we considered leaving. When the food arrived it was of abysmally poor quality undercooked and greasy. I can't figure out how it manages to be so poor with so many staff working at a given time.

I’m uber driver and I’m never gonna come here again. When i showed my order no. The guy over there with small beard said wait outside and don't waste my time, he was like he is gonna fight with me . I’m all shocked how such big restaurants can work with such rude behaviour.

We are frequent visitors Everything about this restaurant is good The place was clean and busy. Our waiter Tai was awesome, and as always treated us like VIP’s The food was excellent and cooked to order. Relaxing atmosphere with really nice people. Great venue for lunch.

I was greeted by tal the waiter he seated me and asked if i had any allergy’s to which i said no . Ordered my drink and a breakfast it came quick and was hot and tasty thank you Reserva una mesa ahora

Unknowingly ate half without realising until I threw up. I used to really enjoy fnb but that was disgusting.
