Frankie Benny's - Reserva de mesa

Tbe service is BRILLIANT!!! The waitstaff are friendly, helpful and happy to to check if the chef will tweak your order (which he was happy to do as I was close enough to hear him). We have a Taste Card and we got a 2 for 1 for each course with no need to ring and reserve. The card saved us £30 and they didn't treat us any differently than if we hadn't had the Taste Card. We were able to pay when we were ready at the table using our mobile and that was us, no waiting around etc, just a pure relaxing, delicious and happy meal!!!! I highly recommend you pay them a visit.... SOON!!!!!

This evening we decided to visit Frankie Benny's for dinner and we're glad we did. On arrival we were greeted by Rowan who would be our server for the evening. We were a party of five, one of which was in a wheelchair. She swiftly showed us to our seats and handed us our menus. Once our food was ordered there wasn't a long wait at all until our food was sitting in front of us. The food was lovely and Rowan was helpful, happy and smiley!!

The ambiance is fantastic, the food is delicious, and the service is always excellent. I would like to give a special thanks to Claire, our server on Thursday evening. She was amazing with my niece and was so friendly. Claire went above and beyond to assist us, and I cannot thank her enough. Thanks to her, I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this restaurant to everyone.

Had lunch here today with 2 friends who are vegetarian, had the vegan beetroot burger which was absolutely delicious. It was very busy but the waiter still made time for a chat and didn't rush us. Great experience and will be back again. Note to manager.... Keep that waiter he's pure gold. Reserva una mesa ahora

Had a great meal tonight, loving the new vegan menu! Food was very tasty. Rowan served us and she was lovely, very friendly and helpful. Great service, will definitely be back to try more of the vegan options.

The restaurant had a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. The food was decent, although my friend's pasta had a bit too much sauce. Overall, I would consider returning in the future.
