I visited the restaurant today with a party of kids and adults as part of my daughter’s birthday celebrations. We had fantastic service from the staff, in particular Michelle and Allan (assistant manger). Allan confirmed our booking in the morning and our table...was ready for us when we arrived. We were greeted by Allan when we arrived and shown to our table. The food arrived quickly and there was very little left on any of the plates! Everyone enjoyed their meals. Our server was Michelle and she was very friendly and good with the kids. We visit this restaurant regularly as a family of and always enjoy it. Was in on Saturday with my boyfriend and we got the same server as last time Veronica who we love! She recognised us straight away which was so lovely of her! It was so busy and we had to wait a while for our food...but Veronica could not apologise enough, bless her she had so much to do! Definitely deserves a bit of recognition she always goes above and beyond for us!! We will be back!
When I choose to take my family out to eat at a restaurant, I anticipate being able to relax and have professionals cook dinner for us. While I don't mind cooking, I enjoy it, the staff at this particular restaurant had a negative attitude. It seemed as though they despised working there, which unfortunately ruined the experience for us.
My husband and I brought our two children in for a quick dinner after school. The food was delicious, and we appreciated the option to substitute vegan cheese on the menu items. The children's meal deal was a good value with a nice variety of options. Angela provided excellent service, she was friendly and helpful.
