Frankie Benny's New York Italian Restaurant Bar Stevenage

The food at this restaurant is consistently excellent. We started with garlic bread and southern fried chicken, and for our main courses we had BBQ chicken pizza, cheeseburger, and lasagne, all of which were delicious. However, what really stood out during this visit was the exceptional service from our waiter, who I believe was named Kai based on the bill. Despite visibly suffering from a bad foot, he was incredibly friendly and attentive. He didn't mention his discomfort, but it was clear he was limping. He is genuinely the nicest guy, and his manager should definitely hold onto him as he is a valuable asset to the team.

We went to the restaurant on 12th April for dinner. We went in late, about 9.15pm and they were nearly closing. They served us. Kieran dealt with us. The food was delicious and served promptly. Kieran's service was second to none! He was friendly, helpful and professional througout. He had a nice, quiet, unassuming character but a good sense of humour. A delightful young man. To his credit, we would return there because of him. Thanks Kieran. The food was lovely, served hot and promptly. The music am was fantastic. Nostalgic and atmospheric of 1950's and 1960"s. Great! ±Not played too loudly. Just perfect. Very impressive.

Kids choice for lunch. It was very quiet and we were seated quickly. We were not given the menu with the lunch specials until I asked, just the expensive full menu. Thats a bit naughty a bit like trying to rip you off. Kids got italian style food and really enjoyed it. I got a burger not so great. Fries were not far off cold and were anemic. Burger was a dull affair with little taste and a struggle to finish. Whole plate looked unimpressive with no flourish or dressing up, no trimmings. Service, apart from not giving us the lunch time menu or telling us about it until asked, was great and really friendly.

Visited with my friend on a Sunday lunchtime. We booked ahead, but there was plenty of space to sit anyway. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Would like to give a special mention to Hannah, who was so great and really put us at ease. She really made our visit special! The food was lovely too, and not too expensive. I had the macaroni cheese and my friend had a chicken burger, which she said was delicious. They didn’t rush us through our meal so it was really nice to sit and chat. Overall, a great visit! Myself and partner brought our hungry 2 boys here bank holiday Monday. Asked for a round booth which was cleaned and ready for us in minutes, the waitress was kind and polite and talked to my 4 year old which he loved. The food came quickly and tasted great, the bbq chicken pizza was amazing and the boys loved their cheese pizza. Had desert ice cream was good and cookie dough was ok but would still order it again. I like this f&b and always come back never fails us.

Visited last night, for my daughters 9th birthday, where 14 of us had dinner pre bowling opposite. Fantastic waitress service, and food was great. The staff were really attentive and checking in to see that everyone had everything they needed at all times. We all had a fabulous time, and thanks so much to Frankie and Bennys team Stevenage for making this a great experience for my daughter and her friends. Highly recommend the BBQ platter; was fab.

I haven't visited Frankie & Benny's in years for some unknown reason, but after my recent visit, I can't understand why. It was a fantastic experience. The service was top-notch, the food was incredible, and surprisingly, no one in my family had any complaints - which is rare for us when dining out! We ordered a variety of dishes including starters, steak, burgers, and pizza, and everything was delicious. We will definitely be returning soon.

Dinner was quite rushed (on my part) due to wanting to catch our film in time but Kai, our server, was absolutely fantastic. So polite and had a chat with my youngest child. Such a lovely waiter, he couldn’t do enough! Don’t normally review restaurants but had to for Kai. The food was amazing also! Never a complaint from me here! Reserva una mesa ahora

We celebrated a family birthday with a party of 10 at this restaurant. The manager, who we believe served us, did an excellent job taking care of our party. The food arrived promptly, tasted delicious, and we had a wonderful evening overall!

Poor quality food and flat coca cola. Really not good value and won't be going back even if I can get a voucher.
