I have been visiting this location for over eight years, and I always request my bacon to be extra, extra crispy. If my bacon arrives undercooked, I will send it back for correction. I pay for my meal and still leave a tip. Unfortunately, today I encountered the same issue with my bacon. When the manager approached me, she remarked, "You always return your food." I politely clarified that I simply ask for my bacon to be prepared extra crispy but receive it half-cooked instead. I've never made a fuss about my meals; I just expect them to be cooked properly. I ordered the grits,eggs,bacon toast. The grits were so thicks, the bacon was tough as tuff as old bacon that had been reheated. The toast was just not good I don't know how you could mess up toast, but they did. After all of this there was HAIR on my plate. The table next to me sent their food back for the same reason, HAIR on their plate. They didn't have on hair nets they wore caps. I went to Franks grill on Westheimer rd. When they first opened. Ordered a veggie omelet, and after about half way done, I started stabbing at it with my fork, guess I was full, but noticed something under the omelet, so I picked up on it with my fork, and underneath the omelet was a pubic hair.? I looked over into the back kitchen area, and there was 2 Hispanic males just laughing their assessment off.? I walked the waitress over, showed her, and let every one in the restaurant know what I found. I've never been back to any Franks grill, and I told all my co/workers, friends, and family. TRUE STORY? This used to be my husband I go to place. Now they don’t even acknowledge you when you walk in the door. Also, most of the servers speak English as a second language so that’s an entirely different issue. We won’t be going back. The atmosphere is not welcoming at al!

I normally love Frank’s bc portion size hello but I haven’t been in yes ….. but this door dash order I received was horrible and it smelled bad so I had to toss it : looks like I only sent door dash the pic too ? shrimp and grits
This was a great brunch places found. Was just driving down westhiemer saw and decided let's try it. The staff was great and the food was even more great.
Breakfast is good for lunch, lol. The waffles are the most amazing, and I recommend that you add a half to any order!!
Service was amazing and the portions are very generous. Waitress named Providencia was great! Would def recommend

Always smells like sewage here but i still go be cuz the food is big and you can watch them cook openly
