El peor servicio al cliente que he tenido. Hice un pedido en línea a las 10:59 AM (se abren a las 11 am). Nunca había ordenado a los fanks, así que tenía la esperanza. Worst customer service I have ever had. I placed an order online at 10:59am (they open at 11am). I had never ordered from Fanks so I was hopeful. No es tan grande ... Ordenado de Frank's unas cuantas veces ... Pizza y alas de acuerdo, Subs son blandas sin condimentos (bistec y queso) y las entrenadas son simples y el Pollo Parm estaba seco. También cobran una propina del 10% para su entrega que realmente se suma en un orden para 4 personas. ¡Nueva York Pizza sigue siendo la mejor en la ciudad y vale la pena el viaje a Vinton!
Not that great...ordered from Frank's a few times...pizza and wings okay, subs are bland with no seasoning (steak and cheese) and entrée's are plain and chicken parm was dry. They also charge a 10% gratuity for deliver which really adds up on an order for 4 people. New York Pizza is still the best in town and worth the drive to Vinton!
Horrible servicio al cliente. ¡La comida es decente pero el peor servicio en la ciudad! Mi esposa y yo hemos comido allí una vez por semana desde que abrieron y han notado que el servicio se hubiera hecho horrible y el personal es muy grosero y odioso. Nunca volverá a comer en Franks en Williamson Rd nuevamente.
Horrible customer service. Food is decent but worst service in town! My wife and I have ate there once a week since they opened and have noticed service to have gotten horrible and staff is very rude and hateful.Will never eat at franks on Williamson rd again. Reserva una mesa ahora
