Frank's Pizza - Reserva de mesa

Good bye Frank’s! $50.00 for one delivered pizza ordered via the Uber Eats App and to have the order be incorrect. I asked for a large sausage, pepperoni and mushrooms. Only half wasn’t what I ordered, the other half was just cheese. There was no attempt by the Aberdeen store to make it right. When I advised, you are losing a customer, “okay” was the lady’s response. Loyalty does not pay, so see ya Frank’s! As you can see by the response “Frank’s” management does not care. I had the best pizza at Bocco’s in Abingdon today anyway!

I order from this restaurant quite often, and their food is excellent. However, I'm really confused about their hours of operation. It feels like eight out of ten times I call, they're either closed early or not open at all, regardless of what their hours say on Google. It seems like they set their own schedule and decide when to open and when to close. I genuinely love their food, but if they want to maintain a loyal customer base—especially for those of us who spend a good amount of money there—consistency is crucial.

I can't provide any details about the food because they don't answer their phone. I prefer to speak with someone to ensure that my order is correct. I won't be going back again. If you're too busy to take calls, then don't claim that you offer delivery. I needed delivery since I had no way to pick it up, which is another reason why I wanted to call.

Wings where really hard and small sub didn't have any teast the only good thing I got was the fried mushrooms but it doesn't help with the cost being $67 for two subs and 12 wings and 2 sodas and fried mushrooms it use to be 40 for all that and the wings where big and fat. Really disappointed went from a 5/5 to a 2/5 Reserva una mesa ahora

Got a 14 inch stuffed cheese steak pizza. It was ok but it could have been a 10 inch and they still would have plenty of room left over. I could have made another entire pizza with the left over bread/crust.

Order a large pie lastnight half pepperoni and when u picked up a slice the front half of pizza just fell off because in was thin and soggy so awful
