My family used to really enjoy the food and service at Franks, but after the service we received the last couple of visits we have decided that we will not be visiting them again. We have consistantly made comments about the staffs rudeness and cell phone habits and the last visit were treated so badly that we simply left without even ordering......Oh, did I mention we sat for 20 minutes and no one even asked for a drink order! The only reason I am even ranking this place 3 stars is because the food has been good.(when you order take out or can actually get service)
The people that take phone orders are TERRIBLE and RUDE. Totally clueless. If you ask what the specials are forget it. This throws them into a tizzy. I don't get it. It's their jobs. They should have the special menu right next to the phone. I'm glad it's not my business or they'd be history. I won't order from them anymore. My order is consistently wrong. Pizza is awful. For those that are local, try La Vigna across the street. They bend over backwards for you and couldn't be nicer. Their pizza rules and there chicken dishes are amazing! Plus they deliver.
I ordered takeout, and I was disappointed with my experience. The onion rings were soggy and overly greasy. I requested ranch dressing for the fried mushrooms, and although they repeated my order correctly, they ended up giving me a coarse horseradish sauce instead. Additionally, I asked for ketchup with my fries but received marinara sauce instead. Overall, I was not impressed.
This pizzeria serves the best pizza in town! The service is friendly, consistently excellent, and the dinner options are fantastic. They also offer catering, which is hands down the best in the area at very reasonable prices. If you haven't visited this pizzeria in Hopatcong yet, I highly recommend you give it a try—it's truly the best around!

This is the WORST Pizza in NJ. The crust is like cardboard I think can even have more taste, then the crust at Frank's. The sauce will give you all day on sodburn. Service is a ZERO. Young, no experience children who are no less interested in how they do their jobs. I never went back for lunch.
