This is a wonderful place to eat. Frank has a great selection of cold cuts and makes top notch sandwiches. On top of that, he makes a great variety of different hot foods, depending on the day, and they are always delicious. I am a particular fan of his fresh roast beef and his meatloaf. He also makes fantastic chicken cutlets. The star of the show at Frank’s place, though, is his fresh mozzarella. He makes it himself with care and you can tell when you add it to the roast beef sandwich or as part of the caprese salad. In addition to the great food, Frank is a stand up guy who will make you laugh. Couldn’t recommend this place more.
Was working in the area and happened to stop into Frank's Place for a quick bite. Had a chicken cutlet sandwich on italian bread with all the toppings. Bread was very fresh and chicken cutlet was just right. Definitely not the type to write reviews but for a small cafeteria style restaurant, it was definitely worth sharing about. Frank is great and the rest of his staff is great too! A must try if you're looking for a quick bite on Sylvan Ave. A hidden gem for sure

I like this place it's good food and the menu is solid and his daily specials are great. Whenever I go to this building I stop in and get something to eat. If your in the area I suggest trying it.

Probably one of the best bacon, egg and sausage on a bagel I've had. Frank is super friendly too.
