Frank's Steaks Rockville Centre

When we got there our reservations could not be found due to the fact that I changed them from 6 pm to 7:30. Then as we waited for hostess to find them she kept saying Just a sec and proceeded to seat everyone else that came in after us. After a long while s she found out she wrote us off as a 'no show ' then when I showed her my cell phone confirmation we was going to take us to the main dining room and changed her mind and brought us to the back. It looked like we would be eating in a closet, like an after thought. I told her no we do not want to sit there. There is no steakhouse on the island that could compare with the ambiance, the familiar professional wait staff and most importantly the food quality that is consistently served at franks Rockville ctr. Chris Mayer the proprietor knows his clients and makes everyone in the dining room feel like family time and time again. I’ve said this before if you want steak go to any steakhouse BUT if you want a fine dining experience then you must go to Franks in Rockville center . It is worth the trip from wherever you are hailing from . Kudos Chris for another wonderful and most enjoyable dinner . We love you . Sharon and Howard

Went there with my husband for a date n nite . The food was awesome and so was the service I ordered a petite skirt steak meal. The steak was so tender and juicy that you did not even need a knife to cut it.. the creamed spinach was delicious and so creamy. My had filet mignon that was cooked to perfection and mouthwatering. I recommend Frank’s steakhouse to everybody specially, if you’d like a nice date night like we had or just to go there and just have some really really good food.

Our first visit to this restaurant was fantastic. We arrived right when they opened, so it was peaceful and quiet. Our server, Eric, was excellent - very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. The steaks were delicious and cooked perfectly, and my lobster tail was juicy and not overcooked. The salad, sides, and dessert were all done very well. We will definitely be returning, although I wish I had been offered a refill on my coffee. Hopefully next time! Reserva una mesa ahora

The experience at the steakhouse was flawless! The hostess greeted us warmly as soon as we arrived and made us feel very welcome. Our waiter provided excellent service. The entire staff was friendly and accommodating. The food was fantastic!! We are eagerly anticipating our next visit. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Outstanding! Our waiter Chris is a Pro’s Pro! Food was cooked to order and was delicious! Surf Turf, Filet, Creamed Spinach, Mashed Potatoes, Chocolate Mousse, etc! Owner John is very visible and makes it a priority to visit each table to assure everything is to your liking!

The interior of the restaurant is a bit shabby. The bathroom stalls are in need of repair, the restroom is outdated with missing ceiling pieces and exposed electrical wires.
