Frantone's Pizza And Spaghetti Villa

I was here in the past with my family. The food was good. But we went recently, and there was hardly anyone there. It was very quiet inside. No one has greeted us or said a word. When we walked in my youngest sister, we were with us, and the manager screamed and made her very rude an evil comment. When we asked to talk to the manager (not to know that the woman who addressed my sister was the manager), my mother politely told her that she did not appreciate the way she spoke to my youngest sister and that we would take our business elsewhere. The manager answered very rudely with Attitude and simply said: ?okay that?s fine have a nice day?, very sarcastic. It is sad that this local restaurant may not have so many customers bc the POOR management skills that this woman has. I hope Frantones makes it better and thinks who brought them to this position next. EXPORT DISAPPOINT

Funky old Italian restaurant reasonable prices for food that is quite average when everything is said and done. Nothing really spectacular about it, but it tasted good. I liked the atmosphere more than anything else. I hate all these trendy spago type Italian restaurants out there and very preferably the older ones like these.

The food is okay. It is a great place for children / families, noisy, decently expensive, order before you sit. The garlic bread is quite delicious and the best part is the dough balls for dessert... we ordered the mushroom sauce Lasagne, thought it was vegetarian. It wasn't. A lot of sausage in the mix. Next time I ask...

I finally decided to give Frantones an attempt. I ordered a medium pepperoni and cheese pizza, I asked to be crunchy for the crust. You got it right and the pizza was great. It is better than the other pizza place in Florence. I'll be back.
