I've never been a big fan of highway owners with overloaded toilets and average food and terrible service. therefore I always come from the autobahn and look for lunch in a small village. sometimes I find nothing other than most paintings. as now, I found small hidden wonderful places like french. thanks to the monestry side, this place can survive. the terrace is relaxing and the salads are really delicious. I suggest they go there when they drive on the car. only 5 km away.
we were now several times to be gassed there and had the visit always connected with one outing. the local belongs to or borders the beautiful pencil richersberg with garden and offers a beautiful view of the inntal from the terrace. the foods are typical Austrian and very tasty and rich. the service was always friendly and attentive at our visit. No matter if we wanted a little bit or more. we like to come back.
O restaurante fica localizado no Mosteiro de Reichersberg e serve pratos como o schnitzel, medalhões de filet de veado e cordon bleu de javali (empanado em farinha de semente de abóbora e mirtilo). Os pratos são muito bem preparados e as porções bem servidas. O atendimento é bom e rápido. Depois da refeição, vale dar uma caminhada pelo jardim do mosteiro e visitar a igreja tb. Recomendo!

the local has a very nice gastronomic garden right on the foundation wall with views of the place. the spatialities inside also quite ok, service effort friendly, however the teller are removed a bit quickly. quality of food ok, but not an exceptional taste experience. the beard soup tasted somehow after finished product. would be a pity if that was really the case.
We ordered the schnitzel and it was simply amazing, really shows that the Austrians know how to prepare one. It's a restaurant with an amazing view. A restaurant not very far from the highway. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is nearby.

by coincidence we were again in the pencil richersberg. the attached local with beautiful beer garden offers Austrian specialists for civil trips. very recommended is the cheese with freshly rubbed meerrettich, or also the carving

Everything is wonderful... From the food to the environment. A little more english would help. However, it doesn't spoil the experience.
