We dined in the bar area which became very noisy and hard to speak with our friends at times. Food was enjoyed by all, and very good. An error was made for 1 person in our party And was resolved. Only complaint was the use of the words “you guys” to address us was off-putting. 2 men and 2 women. The restaurant is more upscale so we did not expect to be greeted or referred to in this manor.
First time going there. The place is lovely. We sat in the back porch. One of our group was not happy with their meal and the manager asked if she wanted something else and also took it off the bill. He was so gracious! Our waiter was magnificent!! We will definitely be going back!
We love Fratellis unfortunately prices have gone up and portion sizes are way smaller so we will be looking for a new place it’s sad as it didn’t start out this way but the cost of dinner and the portion sizes are not worth it. Food was always spot on. Yorktown Heights, NY
Cold bread, cold butter, no oil at the table. Not a sign of a good Italian restaurant. Also, overcharged on the bill. Staff was nice. Maybe it was just a bad night, but I won’t be returning to find out. Reserva una mesa ahora
Always a nice experience but over $200 before tip for 3 people...no apps or pre salads...no desserts or coffee...or after dinner drinks.....we each had 2 glasses of wine tho. Stills seems a bit steep.
It was our first visit to Fratellis and it was a wonderful dining experience. The owner was very attentive. I would highly recommend Fratellis if you love great Italian food. John Brophy
