a very regular client of the tea room aging from fred, I imagined that a good young blow would soon come to rejuvenate this establishment, quite reputed. It's the opposite that happened. the living rooms have disappeared for simple tables and chairs, the service on the floor is replaced by a almost self service, the cutlery and plastic dishes 1st prize have replaced the beautiful dishes, for hot drinks have passed to the version and quality automatic dispenser. and beautiful cakes but not fresh!!! But, but the price did not fall to the CONTRAIRE.Good courage for the staff to work in these conditions that demonstrate not the love and respect of the trade and the products that must be sacrific...
So I didn't actually in the café, but I wasn't sure what the option was buying cakes! If you are in Boulogne, take some time out to visit Fred's. Their baking and patisserie is excellent. Slightly more expensive than standard bakers but cakes are well...worth it. There is a wide choice, but come early if you want to get it. Particularly on a Sunday when it's queuing out of the door!
we were in jardins d’hardelot on the street where the breakfast is 13e per person....here we could get breakfast for all four of us at the price of one in the hotel. super friendly staff, great selection of delicious pastries in a bright, clean...and modern shop recommended. we sat on benches at the window and had luck for all of us that there are limited seats.
Came here on a day trip. We literally came across it whilst walking through the town and so pleased we stopped. Their croque-monsieur and vegetable quiche were gorgeous and were warmed in their pizza oven. We had various pastries all of which were so fresh...More

some of the offers for cakes or baked and coffee here are huge worth and the selection of sweet and savoury snacks is mouthwater. sad I had only disguised half a lemon that I shared with my wife, but had eaten something on the display.
bof, nothing but the ordinary, point of sale of pastries. room not heated. Not even a sink to wash your hands and toilet another age!
As said in the title. This place never fails to please, food and service are second to none. Great prices and is always busy.
a little break with a girlfriend, nice, quiet, and tasty corner with choice of pastries and cakes, or we can talk quietly.

coffee from a machine only, but still good and the baked were delicious. recommend the brioche and pfanne au chocolat.
very good but very large lack of friendliness of staff. It's a shame that the staff isn't friendly.
