Freddies Red Wagon Bbq

This is the best hidden gem in Brevard! They serve authentic Southern BBQ, with everything made from scratch—sauces, sides, you name it. I highly recommend the ribs and brisket, but don't overlook the pork or chicken; they're fantastic too. The sides are incredible! I usually go for the collard greens and fried okra, but honestly, everything is so delicious you can tell it's made with love—sweet, smoky love. The photo shows pulled brisket, cornbread, collard greens, fried okra, and hot sauce.

10/10!!! I had stopped to get gas on my way back to Orlando, and the smell of bbq got me! Being a Bama girl I have to check out all the spots. 20 years living in Florida, this is some of the best bbq we have tasted. The kids loved all the sides, especially the beans and Mac n cheese. Brisket was on point! I can’t wait to work in Merritt Island again so I can stop back by and get more!

I've eaten bbq all over the country and this is in the top 10% for sure. A must-try. The meat is tender, the bark runs deep, the sauces are on point, the portions are generous. A gem worth a quick bite or a full on day trip to enjoy!To set expectations therefore no tables. This is a takeaway joint through and through. 5 stars, for sure

I've tried both the ribs and brisket, and they were fantastic! Don't miss out on the mustard sauce—it's a must-try! The brisket was the best I've had in ages; it just melts in your mouth. Literally the BEST bbq I have ever had. One of my top 5 favorite Spots to absolutely justenjoy a birst of flavor in every bite. From the Ribs, chicken, pulled pork, and brisket. THE TEXAS TOAST!!! Grab a Freddie bowl and get it with mac and cheese and bbq baked beans. I promise you wont regret it. ?

We enjoyed a delicious rib special and greens for $12. If I'm not mistaken, I think they are using oak to do the smoking, which is a common local wood and probably free. It has a unique flavor, different than hickory which is what many are used to. It was good for us.Food: 5/5

Highly recommended! Two nights Cocoa beach two times dinner red wagon bbq! Ribs awesome (massive flavour, tender, juicy) loved the collards and slaw. Brisket, chicken, pork yummmmies! Friendly owners, fair prices. Mate these two guys know their business.
