The worst customer service ever!!! I waited for 6 minutes to place my order as soon as I got into the area to order the ride. The menu was dark, no lights, the open sign was on the entrance. The car ahead of me waited 5 minutes before it went forward. When I reached the window, she asked me to circle around and said that the girl ran away with the headset. I asked for the manager and asked for a turtle sun, because 4 cars were waiting to place an order I didn't want to circle around. She took my order to move me and they would bring it out. All items are wrong on my order. After we wait for twenty minutes to talk to someone, we explain how wrong the order is, then after a few minutes the manager came to the thru drive window to ask me what we wanted. in a sarcastic sound. What else would I want, but the food I actually ordered? The manager kept the entrance when he was asked. After alleged correction of the order, a burger without tomatoes was made again with tomatoes. I took it back and spoke to the manager Maria. I'm damned to give this place a bad review because I love Freddys. But we went about an hour ago and had such a bad experience! At first they displayed their old menu and we usually ordered from this and they told us that everything was set, so why not take the old menu down?? Then we got our food and our concretes had no lids and they gave them to us with ice that let the sides drop. When I took her from the checkout, my hands were immediately covered in sticky ice cream. Finally, the fries we got were the smallest bits and pieces as they were the Dregs from below. That was all $30 for 2 people, very disappointing. Idk, what's going on, but you have to bring it together!

Staff is super friendly and nice. Food was good as usual. First time I have had the hot dog and it was a pleasant surprise and beyond my expectations for a fast food hot dog. Quick service. Recommend the cheese curds with Ranch and Marinara mixed. You will thank me later.

I got the baconburger together with a vanilla shake. It was good, but the Pommes were cold and Shake was melted after 10 minutes drive to the street. Also no napkins or spices. The food was still good.
