I once was a restaurant manager. I went through the drive place my order asked for a drink carrier. The person at the window had attitude. I apologized, not because I did anything wrong, but for the inconvenience. Disregarded my apologies and handed me the rest of my order without a thank you. I know times are hard, and we have to settle instead of hiring the people who fit best in our business. Just wanted to make sure Freddy's aware of the poor customer service.
