Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

Was always our favorite burger place but won't go back. A lot of people behind the counter but no one would even glance at us to take our order. After about 5 minutes, or more, I went to the side and ask someone if I was standing in the right place. I thought maybe registers were down. She said yes but didn't take our order nor did anyone else at that time. After 7 more minutes I was ready to just leave and someone came up and took our order. The burgers were so thin and burnt on the edges that they just came off in crispy pieces. Fries were still great and that is why the 2 stars.

Food was a good tasting. slightly greasy frits and onion rings, the meat on the burger is very thin, but cooked for perfection. Buns were fresh and delicious. The frozen custard is very good. We ate in my greatest concern was that the tables were wiped with a dirty bowl and badly striped. Update, we have visited Freddy's in Ofallon a few weeks later and found the tables to be nice and clean. We enjoyed our lunch and shakes.

I'll never go again. The girl worked at the counter and cleaned the toilet room and then pulled out the anger out of her pocket and continued to clean the tables until the girls saw them. In any case, never will go back. Then ice was melted. Management must wake up!

Service was awesome. The employees were very helpful and very courteous for my first visit.

I love this place. The beef quality is the best.
