The food is great. I ordered the 5 piece chicken tenders with a mini root beer float. They forgot to throw my honey mustard sauce in the bag. Sad, but I'm over it. The rest of my family ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and the number one combo. My tenders were a little salty as was the burger patty according to my family member. Not that big of a deal. The grilled chicken was juicy and tender, and I can't complain about my mini root beer float. I'm a little annoyed they don't have any dairy free options for their frozen desserts. You place your order at the counter, and then they call you when your food is ready for pickup. The service is excellent, and the food is fantastic. Freddy's offers a variety of options including burgers, hot dogs, and chicken tenders, along with sides of fries and cheese curds. Their dessert selection features sundaes and concretes. In my opinion, the cheese curds are a must-try; they’re one of the highlights of the menu. I also highly recommend trying a concrete; I usually go for the chocolate brownie delight, which is a delicious way to end your meal.
Fish sandwiches were just thrown together. Requested no lettuce or pickles, got both. Order a regular fries fo my dad, they didnt come. My Chili cheese fries we so cold it was like they came out of the fridge, and just thrown into the box. Oh, and that single steak burger? It wasnt worth the price . Bitter pickles and cheese that was literally a millimeter thick. You can SEE the steak patty through the cheese. Also, no napkins , no fork for the chili fries...guess Im having leftover pizza. I wouldnt feed this to my dog.
The burgers are excellent, and the cheese fries and cheese curds are a must-try as well. The regular hamburger and state hamburger are both impressive and remind me a lot of Culver's. I will definitely eat here again; the place is very clean and the staff is friendly. If you're in this part of town, it's a fantastic spot to bring the kids and the family, and it's quite affordable. The quality of their food seems to be declining. I think this might be due to a lack of customers; the busiest restaurants tend to have excellent food. They skimped on the onions in my melt, which are an essential part of the sandwich. The fries were good, but I dislike that the fry sauce is served in individual containers; I prefer the pumps. However, the classic turtle sundae is fantastic, as always.
I am truly enjoying this place. This time I tried the onion rings. I love that it is made with real onions. I want a jar of their pickles. It is that scrumptious ????. I like their option that we can order dessert while ordering our food because you can ask for a custard hold and when your ready for dessert they make it for you.

This place charged me a fortune then did not give me everything I ordered. I ordered 2 bottles of Famous Fry Sauce and they charged me for them both but did not give them to me. They also forgot one of my hamburgers. I would have thought the dashers checked your order to ensure everything was there, but I guess not.

By far one of the cleanest fast food restaurants I have been too. Easy menu and medium priced. Lots of seating and lots of condiments. Lots of parking and well lit. Outside seating. Kid friendly. Staff is pretty well trained and service is amazing. Lots of deserts and big meals. Highly recommended.
