I honestly haven’t had such a good experience in fast food in the longest time. I had interactions at the counter, picking up my order, someone bussing tables. Literally all 3 of them were the nicest people. They were smiling- and it wasn’t performative. It’s like they enjoy their work environment and coworkers.I also witnessed interactions among several employees.I threw away my receipt and I’m sure they get credit for reviews- I wish I had kept it.I walked out of there a little more happy than I went in.My burger was good. Came in around 8:30pm ordered through the window and was not given any sauces or receipt. I went in the building for my receipt as it’s required since it was purchased with my work credit card but was addressed it was in the bag. I assured her it wasn’t but then was accused of getting an “Attitude”. I was declined my receipt again and felt threatened by the staff as they laughed and stated the were “ready to fight”. I was shocked and scared by their behavior. Don’t come here for dinner, the staff and manager here are awful!

Went here at 9:40 and some young man walked past us in drive through and told us we closed now while the woman at the speaker was taking our order, she then proceeded to tell me she 's out of everything I asked for. Yet the store was open for another 20 min. This is absolutely rude and unacceptable by every form. If you want to close at 9:30 then don 't advertise your open till 10. I 'm sure management is not aware of the degenerates they have closing their store 20 min ahead of schedule.

I went through the drive thru at 5:55, ordered a burger and fries and asked for spicy fry sauce, I was told it was in the bag. It wasn’t, also the fries were cold. When I went in there was 2 other people with issues with their order. Reserva una mesa ahora

Freddie’s is good, location is good. NEVER ORDER THE VEGGIE BURGER… it was disgusting and I couldn’t finish it. Won’t change up my order from their real meat burgers next time

NLR location: Mayo was spoiled, the cheese sauce was watery, and the customer service was lacking. Unfriendly manager or leader.Cabot Freddy's is phenomenal.
