It took me some time to track this down on Trip Advisor as I was looking for this as a hotel with a restaurant when, in truth, it's the other way round. Now I've found it, I can say that it is a delight in both guises. We booked on the recommendation of Alastair Sawday in his book "Special Places to Stay" and it was very special. The reception staff were welcoming and helpful and the room, an upgrade, was modern and beautifully presented. My wife is a coeliac who must eat a gluten free diet and whilst the menu was not too helpful in that regard, an enquiry via the reception staff resulted in the chef/proprietor, Fredric Carrion, emerging from the kitchen and having established my wife's food preferences, he conjured up a meal for her that was a complete surprise and utterly delicious. This special service continued in the morning when meats, cheeses and yoghurts were available for her rather than the ubiquitous (and, for her, inappropriate) breads and pastries found throughout France. This was a real treat and whilst the restaurant is pricey (the rooms are most definitely not expensive), it was worth every penny. I can recommend this unreservedly.
