Top service! Impeccable product quality, perfect quantity. The bain-marie technique for reheating dishes is great! we were able to enjoy our evening and our guests while being confident about the right temperature of the dish and the optimal texture of the food (tender meat, tender potato). I highly recommend Frédobroche who is also very friendly.
We called on Fredobroche for a birthday. He made a suckling pig for 30 people and everyone enjoyed it. The quantity was more than enough because we were able to eat it the next day. The chef is very friendly and accommodating. He delivered to us in the afternoon for the evening. Go see him with your eyes closed for your events.
