I've been coming to this deli for 7 or 8 years now, and I'm 22 years old. The place is always clean, the staff is incredibly friendly, and they even know my name! They're always willing to help, and the food is outstanding. My favorite item on the menu is the egg sandwiches. I've tried many, but Fred's always takes the cake. The taste is consistently fresh. I usually call in my order for breakfast since it can get busy during that time, and they always have it ready for me. Excellent service. Came here today for over $60 in cold cuts. We were greeted promptly, and with a great attitude. This is a traditional deli with cold cuts, prepared foods, snacks, drinks, some bakery items and of course a full offering of sandwiches, wraps and paninis. They helped us super fast and with a smile. We'll return
You will not find a better Sandwich or Service anywhere!!!! Not only is this the BEST Deli on Long Island, but the Owners and their Crew are the Nicest Group of People. Always a Pleasure going to Fred's Deli. Thank You, you guys always make my trips home Delicious.
The old school deli still exists... the American Delicatessen or Corner Deli is a dying bread in New York, cheap international imitations run rampant... this is a great classic Deli and the staff are super friendly... oh breakfast rocks, Hungry Man all the way!

Low-key old school. Cold cuts, bread condiments were super fresh, exceeded my expectations…also the bean salad was amazing!
