My partner and I took our baby there today so he could have his first swimming experience. We had it tested beforehand as requested on their homepage. Both received negative certificates. The woman at the checkout had previously had problems scanning the Qr codes. We had official certificates that we had been tested and recovered. In the end we were sent out the door. Thank you very much Were now in the Allmend swimming pool. There were no problems. Certificates were scanned and we were allowed in without any problems.
The facility is very well maintained and clean right from the entrance. The furnishings are a few years old but are in top condition. There are four pools (trampoline, children's, swimming and babies). It's usually open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., so you're sure to find a suitable time to swim. There are enough cheap parking spaces for approx. 1 CHF hour. To try it out, I bought a 10 ticket for 79 CHF. The water temperature for swimming is approx. 28°C.
The price is right in my opinion. The men's cloakroom and toilet and shower area are outdated and have an unpleasant smell. The indoor pool is intended more for distance swimmers than for small) children. In summer I think it's also something for children. Basically, I would rather go to another indoor swimming pool. The showers are horrible!! Either they only work for 3 seconds, or the beam is so wide that it doesn't do much good :
The cashiers are extremely friendly and rather accommodating. I haven't tested the restaurant, I always get to the bathroom late when it's already closed. I'm surprised whether the men's showers will finally be repaired during the upcoming summer overhaul (2 cabins and 2 outside the cabins) have been reported as defective for a long time...

Very attentive and courteous staff; nice bathers with enough swimming pools and swimming lanes; good price-performance ratio. Best indoor swimming pool in the Lucerne area, I can only recommend it!!!

Friendly and helpful staff. It is clean and well maintained. The water is at a pleasant temperature. I'd love to go there.
