Wir sind heute zum 2ten Mal in der Freiburger Falle. Beide Male haben wir uns für ein Stück Fleisch vom heissen Stein entschieden: 1x den Bison und 1x das Prime Beef Entrecote. Die Fleischqualität ist exzellent, das Messer "gleitet" schon fast durch das Fleisch.Der Geschmack ist himmlisch. Dazu gab es die Frites rustique, etwas dickere Pommes mit Paprikasalz sowie 4 Saucen. Auch die Saucen waren perfekt auf das Fleisch und die Pommes abgestimmt.Auch die Bedienungen sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit.Alles in allem ein absolutes Muss in Murten für Fleisch "Fans".Wir werden das Restaurant jederzeit wieder Besuchen, wenn wir wieder in der Region sind.
Très belle adresse dans la rue principale de Morat. Nous avons profité de cette belle soirée d'été pour manger sous les arcades. Excellentes viandes sur ardoise, filet de boeuf accompagné de bonnes sauces et à choix de pommes de terre country ou cuite dans l'aluminium avec sauce blanche à l'ail. Un régal et la viande du beurre. En entrée salade avec crevettes Tiger, très bien. Tout ça avec un très bon assemblage du Vully. Pour les amateurs, ils ont une excellente grappa. Bon appétit
Gemütliches, charmantes Kellerrestaurant in der Altstadt von Murten. Sehr zu empfehlen ist das Filet vom heissen Stein, wahlweise mit Baked Potatoes oder Pommes Frittes und leckeren, selbst gemachten Saucen dazu. Sehr gutes Fleisch.Sehr nette Bedienung. Went there with colleagues after a work day. The first thing I enjoyed was the set-up, in a cellar! Then of course the food was delicious. Steaks are served on hot stones with great fries. Only slight issue: the service was a bit slow. But...I'll certainly go back there next time I am around.
Haben im Sommer draussen gegessen, wunderschöne Altstad, schöne Laube und shr gutes Essen, ausgezeichneter, aufmerksamer und freundlicher Service, empfehlenswert!
