When I arrived to collect my food, the young woman informed me that the delivery driver had actually dropped off my missing items. I explained the contents of my bags that were delivered, and she had to apologize and make the breakfast platter that was originally missing. I spent quite a bit of money, especially since it was through Uber Eats, and I expect to receive everything I ordered. This experience was a real mess, and I hope they start appreciating their customers. Unfortunately, I don’t think I’ll be returning.
When I asked her why she was speaking to me so rudely, she just continued to be disrespectful. The rest of the staff stood by and did nothing to intervene. I felt incredibly frustrated and offended, especially since it was my first time ordering there. I repeatedly asked her why she was treating me this way, but she didn't seem to care at all. I do NOT recommend this place at all.
This restaurant is the quintessential homey, small town diner.The staff is friendly and attentive. Our waitress Priscilla was especially professional, friendly and helpful. The truth is you can breakfast anywhere butI like coming to a place that feels like home.I highly recommend this establishment
Omg!! Such a wonderful friendly and kind staff.they greet me by name remember the things that I like. Conversations jokes flow freely between the staff the customers from booth to booth! Food is hot,quick, good!! Its the place to be !!!

When we moved to waterbury we were hoping to find a good breakfast place. Driving to home depo from time to time we stumbled upon this place. The food is amazing and the staff is very friendly! Very welcoming atmosphere!
I ordered a bacon egg cheese plus 3 pancakes cost $20+. Eshhh plus the portions were small. You're better off going somewhere else unless you got money to spend.
Staff is great, food comes out quickly and perfect, the people in here make you feel at home.Priscilla is the best!
Priscilla and Monique were both wonderful, and I really enjoyed the food as well!
