French Meadow Cafe' - Grand Ave

I placed an online order for 1 lb of Alaskan king crab, 1 lb of jumbo shrimp, 1 lb of mussels, and 2 lobster tails. I got the awesome sauce and got an extra sauce on the side (for dipping). Didn't wait long (pretty steady evening I'm assuming). Everything was there. It was beautiful when I uncovered the tray of goodies. Nice and hot (temperature). The spice level was hot. I nearly choked on that spice but it was savory and yummy! I love this sauce because it had good chunks of garlic (I'm a garlic lover). The lobster tail was jumbo size. Loads of meat in the Alaskan king crab. Easy peel jumbo shrimp. Definitely felt that Louisiana sauce kicking. Overall, it was worth my money lol loved every...

Was OK . Would not go back. Love the space , but the waiter took our drink order and there it sat on the bar until our appetizer came. Then when another round was ordered we had to ask a second time . He took our food order then came back later to take it again ? Food was ok. The burger was very messy hubby would not order it again. My pound of shrimp $22) was good, but tasted a little under cooked, so just brought it home to reheat later. We love trying new places .... So will try somewhere else next time!

Boil is amazing!!! Enjoy all the food there, from the salt and pepper shrimp, papaya salad to the le grand boil!! However, severely understaffed. There were only 2.5 wait staff (out bartender vanished in the middle of service so I counted as .5) on a busy Friday night. Those two were trying the best and been running around. Will come back! Wish they still have the fresh oysters tho!

I went to grand cash today 04/08/22 it was my third time since I really loved the atmosphere the first paints the menu has changed the Wetar sauce was so hot I could not eat I a bit milder they said that all we have, I said I have been here before and I have always got the two older men who work there very rude and even someone at another table overheard the soss that would go

Patio was the choice and the reservation rewarded that. Service a wee bit slow, but fine. Food was large amounts. Quesadilla was a bit dry. Still an enjoyable and good choice
