I went to Fresh Kitchen for the first time last week. I was not familiar with the routine, how to pick the ingredient's, etc. I asked the first employee in line how to go about it and he said just look at the signs. So I looked at the signs and that caused people behind me to wait. He was aggravated, you can tell, and almost flung the rice in the bowl. I moved on and when I got to the end of the line, they asked me about the sauces. I asked if they were extra. The lady was very rude and said, look at the sign. I almost walked out but decided to try the food anyway. The food was good but I'll never go back there again. Very POOR staff.

We had an amazing experience at this restaurant, twice! My girlfriend and I stopped by after our flight landed at the airport. The staff was friendly, the space was clean, and the food was incredibly fresh and delicious. We had a difficult time choosing from all of the bowl options, as they all sounded so tasty, so we ended up coming back before our flight home. The manager, Chris, came to our table to make sure everything was going well and was very personable. We highly recommend both the food and the overall experience. Great job, guys!

your choice of a big selection of fresh and delicious food. You choose a base and whatever veg you want. Completely customizable menu! We loved the tofu and edamame with broccoli. Lots of veggie choices. The tofu is delicious but I wish they offered atleast one more vegan protein option. We would eat here more often. It is good to know this is a chain, and as a vegan you can definitely find a satisfying meal here, and you can create it exactly as you like! Reserva una mesa ahora

Best food ever! Always fresh and super great customer service. Management are fantastic. Great company to work for. My son works there and he gets treated with respect and he has learned so much there and has strong ethics. Highly recommend this place in every aspect.

Like a subway with home cooked healthy options. Get some califlower mashed potatoes and baked fried chicken or grilled if you prefer. So many combinations, so many options. Have something different every time.The people are all really upbeat and friendly.

This restaurant offers a delicious build-your-own-bowl experience. The sweet potato noodles, broccoli, and mushrooms are incredibly tasty!

The food is excellent and fresh, the only downside is that the prices are higher than Chipotle.
