I enjoy this place for the most part, the flavors are amazing and different than normal food places. The healthy options are great too! My only complaint is I feel like sometimes the meat sits too long because sometimes it looks so dried out. Having worked in food service, food does that when it sits under a heat lamp for too long.

Fresh kitchen won't go wrong on your healthy choices. They have either one base and one protein, or two bases and two proteins. The difference in price is not a lot but their quality is good and plenty to fill you up. Their noodle is vegetable based. Protein includes salmon, chicken and beef. They also have healthier sweet treats.

I usually love this place that I ordered into my office for a floating $29 for a bowl (above), but I thought I would treat myself to a nice fresh healthy lunch. The bowl looked amazing until I cut my salmon that was completely raw

Food is always amazingly fast healthy. The aromas of sauces, the glazed and almond chickens are so good... also we love the cauliflower potatoes, sweet potato noodles, tofu and mushrooms. Everything tastes good.

Great food with great service! I always swing for my post-workout menu and Fresh Kitchen never disappointed. Steak is amazing and my favorite protein.
