2 hours waiting for an order that has not yet arrived, I called 45 minutes ago and according to them it has already left... we live 5 minutes by car from the restaurant. Shameful update: the order never arrived, after 2.5 hours waiting and several calls where in one of them they said that it had finally left, they told us that they were confused with another balloon order for the same town and that they forgot ours. More than anything because they say in their response that they also have orders at the restaurant and they serve in order. That is not what happened, what happened is that they never sent it and they lied to us several times on the phone. It won't happen again as we will never order here again.
