I will NEVER order from this restaurant again. The young woman at the counter was very rude and refused to let me explain my issue; she interrupted me and handed the phone to the manager. I wasn’t confrontational at all and told the manager that I wasn’t looking for an argument—just wanted to resolve the problem. Unfortunately, he was even worse. I had ordered a special and requested salmon instead of shrimp, but I received hummus with my salad and ended up paying $13 for it. The manager didn’t even offer to prepare a new salad or the salmon for me. He did not show proper consideration for his customer. Shame on you! You really need to improve your customer service.

What terrible customer service this place has! I called and placed an order with a delivery time of 12pm. I called to verify the information and the girl that answered had an attitude from the start. That is definitely not the way to run a business.Poor customer service, lack of communication, ZERO Follow through on their WORD. How unbecoming of them. There are classes for people to learn how to work well with others. FYI this is not the first time we have been treated this way BUT it will be the last!! If there was a way to give 0 stars or even worse negative stars, it would be now.

Have been here a few times. The staff is friendly and polite. When the food is made fresh it is very good. However, if they are reheating food that they've already made, it is not very good. A perfect example is a chicken cutlet sandwich. They reheated it last time, and it was rubbery, overcooked, and inedible. I will say the churros are awesome though. Overall, it is a good deli that I would recommend

The owner of this deli is extremely rude. He has a seriously bad attitude towards customers. The entire staff should improve their customer service skills. It's disappointing to see such a lack of respect for people who are trying to support his business. I will never order from them again.

The prices are a bit steep, but the flavors are excellent. There's a wonderful variety of dishes that create a unique Mexican-Italian fusion, and I really love it. From tacos to bacon, egg, and cheese, everything is delicious. The location is fantastic as well.

The shrimp taco and Mexican breakfast burrito were fantastic. I would have given it five stars, but the burrito was surprisingly small—actually, very small. It had great flavor, but it felt a bit pricey for such a tiny portion.

Paid over $8 for half a gallon of milk and one single cold, soggy and completely unseasoned chicken drumstick. Completely and unreasonably over priced.
