This past Saturday, I was blown completely away by the ownership mentality, attention to detail, and unwavering desire to achieve guest satisfaction exhibited by F2O Assistant Manager Jaron. When I presented a loyalty/gift card for balance inquiry, I was informed that the program had been replaced by another, and the remaining funds could not be confirmed at POS. Very inviting and friendly staff, which is hard to come by these days in the service industry (especially post-pandemic)! Very clean. All you can smell is the food being cooked and that's how it's supposed to be. They are helpful with suggestions if you're ever torn between items on their menu. Don't expect huge portions on some items, but for healthy eaters, it'll be appreciated. If you want to go big, order any of their burgers! They are big, juicy and flavorful! Absolutely fantastic food and service! It's rare to find a restaurant that excels in both areas, but the manager and staff were incredibly kind and attentive. We often visit downtown Decatur but had never tried Fresh To Order before. This was our first experience, and my only regret is not discovering it sooner! Jaron, the manager, was the perfect person to welcome us, especially as newcomers. He took the time to thoroughly explain the entire menu. Josh, who brought us our food, epitomized exceptional service. Although our food took a little longer to arrive due to a technical issue, it was definitely worth the wait! Wow! This place is phenomenal! I highly, highly recommend. The atmosphere and outdoor seating is great. The staff are all super friendly and helpful, and the food is amazing. I had the chicken panini and chicken tortilla soup and they were both delicious. The soup had a lot of big chunks of chicken tenders. My mom had the original fried chicken tenders with garlic mashed potatoes. It was enormous! It was so good, my 100 lb. 81 yr old mom are the whole thing!!!! Don’t Pass this place by. I ordered their 'Bison burger ' but asked that they leave off the horseradish aioli. Well, not only did they leave off the horseradish aioli but they left off the barbecue sauce that was supposed to be put on the burger; thus, making the burger dry and unenjoyable. The sweet mashed potatoes were a little on the watery side but tasty. The service was great. The atmosphere was too hectic for a laid back elderly person such as myself but great for young ones.

We ordered take out. Our first interaction was with the very nice, polite, helpful worker who answered the phone. He was great. The pick up couldn't be better. It was fresh hot and very tasty. I was surprised how healthful it was and how delicious. The flavors were so homemade and wonderful. The workers are great people. We will definitely be back!

It can be hard to find healthy (reasonably anyway) quick lunch options which is why I like Fresh to Order. There's a pretty big menu but my favorite right now is the Asian Crunch Chicken Panini. Delicious and not overloaded with calories. The service is quick and friendly so it's definitely worth going to if you're in the area.

One of my favorite healthy places to eat. It definitely lives up to its name. I always get the Mediterranean salad with the ginger apricot dressing and add Salmon. Whether I get a Door-dash order or walk-in, the service and food is always consistent. Chef’s kiss. Reserva una mesa ahora

I had the chicken noodle soup, which was unique and very enjoyable. The outdoor atmosphere was great, with a lively energy and positive vibes. Shoutout to the chef from the Virgin Islands—bless up!
